Papi Sapi is a neighbourhood grill on Jl. Labuansait in Pecatu, Uluwatu, with a sister branch in Kuta, Lombok. Steaks, seafood and vegetables are chosen from a display chiller, priced per 100 grams and cooked on a wood-fire grill, alongside burgers, sides, sauces and desserts. Starters include pan con tomate, jamón serrano croquetas and grilled octopus, and draft beers, wines and cocktails come from the Island Bar. It opens daily from 16:00 to 23:30, with a live-music night, 'Out The Back', on Thursdays from 19:00.
