Paparempa is the flagship restaurant of Noema Resort Pererenan, opened in 2025 on Pererenan's main eat street. Led by chef Oka Wiranata, the kitchen reinterprets dishes from across the Indonesian archipelago — Maluku, Manado, East Nusa Tenggara and Bali — inside a circular two-storey space with indoor, alfresco and garden seating.
