Origen
Origen is a traditional Mexican restaurant on Jl. Pantai Pererenan in Pererenan, Canggu. It was founded by Alvaro Rosales Machado and Casandra Escamilla Frutos, and executive chef Alejandro Urbina Andrade, from Veracruz, cooks generations-old recipes with produce from local Balinese producers, from street-food favourites and handmade tortillas to slow-cooked dishes. The bar pours a mezcal range it bills as the largest in Bali, with 2-for-1 margaritas daily from 16:00 to 19:00 and a brunch menu Friday to Sunday from 11:00.
