My Dear Clara is an Italian restaurant on Jalan Labuansait in Pecatu, Uluwatu. Its own site describes a theatrical open kitchen holding “a fully transparent on-site cheese factory, where fresh burrata and stracciatella are pulled daily using premium local Java milk, a pasta section and pizza bar”, plus “a cocktail laboratory using a rotary evaporator”. It comes from the founders behind Uluwatu's KALA. epicure Asia reports it opened on 5 September 2026 with 140 seats and chef Zarrukh Farkhodovich.
