Masonry Uluwatu is the Bukit sister of Canggu's Masonry, a wood-fire-focused Mediterranean grill and bar on Jl. Labuansait in Pecatu, Uluwatu. Opened by Brett Hospitality Group, it keeps the original's casual dining ethos and adds an exposed kitchen. Group Executive Chef Ben Cross cooks with smoke and wood fire, adding Uluwatu dishes such as Lamb Kleftiko and Seared Swordfish to Masonry's woodfired breads and Wood Fired Bread Pudding. It is open every day from 12:00 until late.
