The room
Kala is a Greek-inspired neighbourhood grill on Jl. Labuansait in Pecatu, Uluwatu, steps from Padang-Padang Beach. Executive Chef Zarrukh, whose background includes Arzak in Spain, cooks simply over an open fire: wood-fired whole fish and seafood, grilled octopus, charcoal-grilled meats, Greek mezze and flatbreads. The bar pours Negroni and Aperol Spritz on tap, signature cocktails and classic and natural wines. It is open daily from 12:00 to 23:30, and walk-ins are welcome.
