Hidden Gem is the restaurant and wine lounge of Hidden Hills Villas, set on a hilltop in Pecatu, Uluwatu, with a 180-degree ocean view. Founder Max Loong, a WSET diploma holder and certified sommelier, curated its list of more than 50 wines, all poured by the glass, plus wine-tasting flights. The kitchen cooks California-inspired food with steakhouse and Asian touches, and each signature cocktail is dedicated to one of the resort's villas. Its infinity pool lounge also welcomes outside visitors.
