Dome is a restaurant and natural-wine bar at Desa Potato Head on Jl. Petitenget in Seminyak, designed in collaboration with OMA. Described as the experimental heart of Desa Potato Head's culinary programme, it cooks seasonal local ingredients with contemporary techniques and influences from around the world. By day it opens as a café and library with a curated collection of books, and from 18:00 to 23:00 it serves dinner with cocktails, natural wines and a programme of live music.
