Ding Ding Hot Pot is a Chinese hot pot restaurant in Canggu, with a second Bali branch in Seminyak. Its signature broths are an 8-hour chicken bone broth, a traditional mala soup and a crab soup, served with a selection of meats and seafood. The kitchen makes its meatballs and wontons by hand every day, and the Canggu branch is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
