CAVO is an Italian bar and bistro on Jl. Labuansait in Pecatu, Uluwatu. Its own site sets it out as “inspired by our love of Italian food, good drinks and the simple pleasure of sharing a table with people you love”, under the line “Italian Soul, Uluwatu Spirit”. The pizza is slow-fermented Roman-style dough, and the kitchen also sends out a folded panuozzo, handmade pasta and grilled signatures. Pasta & vino runs Tuesdays, Pizza & spritz Thursdays and Vinyl & vino Fridays; it closes Mondays.
