Bar Nua is a seaside cocktail bar next to CURE Bali at Regent Bali Canggu, from chef-founder Andrew Walsh. Its name means "new" in Irish Gaelic, and the list draws on Irish heritage and local ingredients such as arak, jackfruit, cassava and Kintamani orange, alongside reworked classics, zero-ABV drinks, wine by the glass and Irish and Scotch whiskies. It opens Tuesday to Sunday from 5 PM, and bar seats are booked through CURE's TableCheck page.
