Soléa Rooftop Restaurant is a modern Mediterranean restaurant and bar on the roof of the Bali Beach Hotel in Sanur. Its own site says the name comes from the Latin sol, sun, and olea, olive, and that the building dates from 1966, before the island’s height limits; the kitchen draws on “as many as 18 countries that touch the Mediterranean Sea”. The menu runs small plates such as patatas bravas, scallop crudo and beef-and-lamb kofta alongside seasonal paella and Australian wagyu steak sold by the 100g. The rooftop is shared with Mistral Dining Bar, and the venue’s Instagram calls it “A @locavoregroup Partnership Restaurant”.
Open 17:00 – 00:00 daily. Best time — Sea views, paella, steak by 100g. Book online Big plates 250–450K.
