Oliverra is the Mediterranean restaurant of Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts, set on the limestone cliffs of Ungasan above the Indian Ocean. Built around the olive tree as its theme, its menu travels through the flavours of Italy, Spain and North Africa, using mostly local ingredients from nearby farms and the resort's hydroponic gardens. It is laid out across a dining room, a bar and outdoor terraces, all facing the ocean.
