Kaum Bali

Kaum is the Indonesian restaurant of Desa Potato Head, on the first level of its Beach Club on Jalan Petitenget in Seminyak. It celebrates the diversity of Indonesia's regional cuisines through recipes gathered from communities across the archipelago, honouring their traditions, techniques and ingredients. The lunch and dinner menu names each dish's home region, running from small plates for sharing to sate skewered over charcoal and chargrilled fish, prawns and chicken. It is open daily from 12:00 to 22:00.
