Shape House Pilates is a boutique reformer pilates studio on Jl. Pantai Seseh in Seseh, Canggu. Inspired by both classical and contemporary pilates, its classes combine the tension and mobility of traditional reformer machines with bodyweight strength, flexibility and a range of props. The timetable runs from the SH Signature class and the faster, high-resistance Sculpt+ to the cardio-inspired Sweat and a low-intensity Stretch and Flow, with casual classes, class packs and memberships available.
