KŌRO Bali is a restaurant set in lush gardens on Nyanyi Beach in Tabanan, founded by Made Ariani Siswanto and chef Eric Cocollos. Its cooking is rooted in Koku, the depth found in taste, texture and aroma, and draws on the spirit of Bali, the philosophy of Japan and the artistry of Italy. Dinner is the Kokumikase journey, a set menu of KŌRO signature dishes and seasonal chef's specials, and lunch and a Sunset Intermezzo run through the afternoon. It follows the founders' Bali Culinary Pastry School and is committed to nurturing a young generation of Indonesian chefs.
