AKASA Specialty Coffee is a farm-to-cup roastery and cafe on Jl. Raya Penelokan in Kintamani that specialises in processing authentic Kintamani arabica: it selects seedlings, cultivates the trees, ferments and dries the beans, then roasts and brews on site. Its own single-origin coffees are named Srikandi, Gendis, Kintar, Sandikala and Black Lava, and the kitchen bakes pastries and artisan breads daily alongside breakfast and lunch dishes built on Kintamani highland produce. From the cafe it also sells outdoor experiences — a Sunset Coffee Experience, an ATV adventure and a Mount Batur sunrise jeep tour.
